PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR

CERTIFICATE III IN INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES PRS30303

Certificate III in Investigative Services is an "industry standard". It is a nationally accredited certificate recognised throughout Australia. Its purpose is to ensure all persons involved in the field of investigations are suitably trained and qualified to perform their task in a professional manner.

 

There are two primary methods of investigations, which are both covered in the Certificate III. They are;

 

1. Surveillance/Activity Review - involves close observation, be it overt or covert, of a person or group who are under suspicion.

 

2. Circumstance/Factual Investigation - involves making enquiries in to the facts of an incident, for example; interviewing people who are of interest to the courts or insurance companies.

COURSE DURATION

 

Fulltime course: Monday to Friday (plus Saturday and Sunday on Week 3),

10am to 5pm (3 weeks)

 

Part time course: Monday to Wednesday, 6pm to 10pm, plus 4 Saturdays and 1 Sunday, 10am to 5pm (7 weeks)
