TAA04 CERTIFICATE IV IN TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is a new qualification designed for people wanting a career as a trainer and assessor.

Replacing the previous BSZ40198 Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, this course provides participants with the competency needed to carry out an extensive range of work functions and activities within vocational education and training.

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is a requirement for trainers who deliver accredited training in a registered training organisation (R.T.O). If you conduct assessment only, then as a minimum you will need to complete three of the assessment units to become a recognised workplace assessor.

4. Design Training Programs and deliver to Groups
