I have a legal question and need some help.

Hi there.  I have previously had my security guard / crowd control licence, but failed to complete extra modules required to keep the licence, due to other work commitments.  Since then i have had one charge and been convicted with criminal damage and was ordered to pay $118.00 to replace a door that i kicked.  I want to get back into the security work in some sort of  investigative / tactical response, through to personal protection / bodyguard work. In your opinion, would this minor hiccup affect my chances of gaining employment in these area. I completed my original course through ISTA after some years training under John Buttigeig. I was required to meet with the private agents reg. before i started my last course due to an assault conviction that occured in my teenage years, but that was overlooked, since i had matured alot sinve i was 17.
Any info you could pass on to me would be greatly appreciated, because i am very keen to take things to the next level.
    Thank you Tim.
